"Lawrence has been with us for over a year now. Through his hardwork, attention to detail, quick turn-around times, and never-faltering enthusiasm, he has become a highly valued and key member of the Otsuka Creative Team. Lawrence is instrumental in nurturing satisfaction in our client relationship through the consistently high standards of creative deliverables in our multiple US releases and EU release, and all the associated documentation and dev support that this requires. Here is one such example of where Lawrence excelled: We got a client request to respond to an output deck from a 3rd party, regarding changes based on a recent Human Factors Study. Despite the short notice, and the fact that we as a team were currently traveling, Lawrence was central to the effort in producing our response and recommendations deck – a very strategic UX deliverable on the account – whilst working on planes and late hours. He received and implemented creative direction well, coordinated tasks with our other designer, Victoria, and helped package up the deliverable in good time for the presentation. The outcome: very well received by our client, both in the US and the UK, and rather than just actioning small changes to existing screens, resulted in us getting approval for a full redesign of the web portal site architecture for our EU release."
"In such a short amount of time you’ve become such a tremendous force not only in our design team but the overall AnyRoad team. I love the energy, the passion, and the creativity you bring to the team. No matter how difficult the job is you always find a way to get it done—and done well! Congratulations on your first year!"
"As you know, Otsuka is more often than not a very demanding account and I want to take a moment to recognize a member of the team - Lawrence. On an ongoing basis, he exceeds my expectations and helps the team push to wrap up docs, most of which are dropped on us at the last minute. Tonight's example was an extensive round of updates to our video storyboards and system user interface guide.I'm not only impressed by his dedication to stay online or at the office with me working through changes to completion, but also his positive attitude. He is a great example for the project team as a whole and I'm grateful to work with him."
